MISS MISSISSIPPI VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY

In order to meet age eligibility requirements to compete in one of our State Pageants, a MISS Contestant must be at least 17 years of age on the first day of the State Pageant in which she competes and must not be older than 26 years of age as of December 31 on the last day of the State Pageant year. 

In order to compete in the State Pageant, she must have completed her high school education.

• High school graduate (or equivalent)

• Medical and legal female, never married, not a parent

• Bonafide Mississippi resident or full-time employee or student

• Citizen of the United States of America

• Able to compete in all areas of competition

MISS MISSISSIPPI TEEN VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY

TEEN contestant’s age eligibility requirements are based on a calendar year, not a pageant cycle, and remains unchanged.

In order to meet age eligibility requirements to compete in the State Pageant, a TEEN contestant must be at least 13 years of age on the first day of the State Pageant in which she competes; and must not be older than 18 years of age on December 31 in the year of the State Pageant.

A contestant must also be:

• Full-Time Student

• Medical and legal female, never married, not a parent

• Bonafide Mississippi resident or full-time employee or student

• Citizen of the United States of America

• Able to compete in all areas of competition

SPIRIT OF MISSISSIPPI ELIGIBILITY

Miss Spirit of Mississippi is a fundraiser pageant for the Miss Mississippi Volunteer Organization and is held in August after the Miss Mississippi Volunteer pageant.

• Basic requirements are but not limited to:

• Age 14-19 Years

• Medical and legal female, never married, not a parent

• Citizen of the United States of America

• Able to compete in all areas of competition
