WCBI - A new pageant meant to highlight volunteerism and safety in driving will be coming to Tupelo. The Miss Mississippi Volunteer Pageant will be held later this summer. The pageant will be working closely with Mississippi Highway Patrol, and the winner will be the new spokesperson for MHP's safe driving campaign.
